Entries will be judged by an independent panel of experts in machine vision.

We will recognize the winner and runner(s) up in a special supplement in Laser Focus World’s November/December 2025 print issue; an elegantly crafted PDF; Machine Vision Insider, our newsletter; Vision Systems Design’s website, and social media channels.

About the Awards

Honoring the Best in Machine Vision

The 2025 Vision Systems Design Integration Project of the Year recognizes engineers and integrators demonstrating excellence in developing and implementing innovative integration projects using machine vision.

The Program Details

Deadline for submissions: June 16, 2025

Two-part judging process:

· An independent panel of judges will review the submissions

· Finalists will be contacted to participate in a video interview with the judges

· The winners—and other nominators—will be notified in September.

· A public announcement will occur in fall 2025.
